Adapting to the increasing need of hygiene and safety during the trip, KOSTUBA Travel executes the following procedures for all our guests on complimentary basis.

For Our Guides and Drivers

• Mandatory antigen rapid, with results shared to clients prior to arrival.
• Daily health check, safety briefing.
• Immune boosters & vitamin supplements for all our ground personnel
• Mandatory  face mask and gloves throughout the trip
• Physical distancing with clients

For Our Vehicle Hygiene

• Routine cleaning and disinfection of vehicles in accordance to WHO-recommended standards.
•  Providing face mask, hand gloves and hand sanitiser in the vehicles.
• Installation of inside plexiglass protection barrier between front and back seats (available on request)
• In accordance to local regulation, passengers are limited to maximum 50% of car capacity.

For The Clients

• Daily temperature check with thermal gun before entering vehicles or starting a trip.
• Luggage cleaning with provisioned wipes.
• Provided with health kits containing face mask, hand gloves and hand sanitiser.
• Mandatory wearing of face mask throughout the trip.
